1 year anniversary🥳

A year ago today I started ktl-lge.

I am a very reserved person and rarely speak about how I feel or what’s on my mind openly with others. I am not a good writer and I don’t even like reading in my leisure time so creating a blog where I say what’s on my mind is a bit odd for me. However, this wasn’t done for me but for the Lord’s glory. Whenever I write a post, my only desire is that the readers will draw closer to God and experience Him in the same way I do.

I want to thank everyone who has read a blog post from ktl-lge and has been blessed. I want to give a big thank you to Jesus. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the Lord. He has been by my side since the day He gave me the instruction to start this blog. When God gives you an assignment, He will give you the grace to do it. He has led me and directed me every step of the way, just as He said He would in Isaiah 30:21. He has held my hand and has never let go of me. He has been my Father and teacher. I thank Him so much for allowing me to be used for His glory. What an honour it is that the Almighty God would call me to serve in His kingdom.

Not only has God led me, He has also loved me. He has loved me so hard that I am always overwhelmed by His love. Jesus loves me and nothing would ever change my mind about that. Romans 8:37-38 does not lie. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING can separate you from the love of God. As a child of God, my life and ktl-lge, are a living testimony of the love of God.

There have been many downs on this journey. There were days I would check the number of views for the posts and would get very discouraged. People rarely spoke to me about ktl-lge and at times I felt as though no one paid attention to it. But my God was watching and congratulating me every time I posted. He reminded me that I do this work for His glory and not for the praise of man. He gave me a pat on the back and pushed me to continue, despite the numbers. He has always encouraged me and I don’t know where I or ktl-lge would be without Him. He is literally my everything.

Today, let us declare:

“Psalm 145:5-7

I will meditate on the glorious splendour of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works. Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, and I will declare Your greatness. They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, and shall sing of Your righteousness. “
